Printing & Delivery Timelines
Every card is custom-made on demand. Orders are printed, carefully packaged, and dispatched into the postal system within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday).
All cards are mailed directly from Ontario, Canada using standard stamped letter mail:
- Ontario & Regional Canada: Canada Post Lettermail 2 – 4 business days
- National Canada (Coast-to-Coast): Canada Post Lettermail 4 – 7 business days
- United States: Canada Post USA Letter-post 4 – 7 business days
- International (UK, EU, Australia, Worldwide): Canada Post International Letter-post 7 – 10+ business days
Shipping Information
- Standard shipping and postage are included at checkout—no surprise fees or complicated rate tables. The price you see covers printing, materials, and direct postage to your recipient's physical mailbox.
Shipping Information
- Traditional Stamped Mail: To keep the service fast, simple, and affordable, cards travel via standard stamped post. Step-by-step postal tracking numbers are not available for letter mail.
- Recipient Addresses: Please double-check your recipient’s full mailing address (including apartment or suite numbers) before submitting your order to prevent postal delays or delivery issues.
- Delayed Delivery: If your card has not arrived after 10 business days, please reach out to us at sales@mailacard.ca and our team will gladly assist you.
